Should you not like the printed canvas you receive for any reason, you can ship it back
to us and it will be exchange for another one of equivalent value or we arrange for full refund (minus the design fee – see our cancellation policy below).
If the print arrives damaged or is lost by the shipping company,
we will send you a new print work at absolutely no extra charge.
Should the frame you ordered arrive damaged we will replace it with a new one.
Our Cancellation Policy
When you order one of our special designs (Pop Art, Opie, etc.), then we will only print and ship it after we have received your approval on the final image that was created by our artist.
If you cancel before you approve the final image for printing, your payment will be refunded minus the cost of the style editing (£32 / plus £12 for any additional figure).
Each order is created "by hand" on the computer by our talented graphic artists - so we hope you understand why we must adhere to this policy. To create those special graphic styles takes several hours to make sure the results are as perfect with such high standards and attention to detail. Your order will not be printed unless you have given us the approval for printing. For additional style images we will need to charge an additional design fee.
If you have several photos and you are not sure which one is best suited. You an send us all of them and our experienced design experts will pick the best one for your print design.
For photo prints without any special style editing (Pop Art, Opie, etc.) there is no design fee applied and you just pay for the selected print size and the optional framing.
